The Challenge

The Gustine Company is a regional multi-disciplinary real estate developer with experience in commercial and retail site selection, project management and leasing. Despite its capabilities, the firm did not have strong share-of-mind and was not being considered for many projects for which it was well qualified. In addition, the firm wanted to expand its penetration in the retail development market beyond the region.

The Solution

Droz created an integrated marketing program, combining public relations, branding, trade show strategies and collateral material.
