Fiserve, a world leader in contact management and CRM products and services for financial institutions, needed to define a new division which combined several business units that represented an innovative set of solutions for an integrated service offering. The problem was complicated by the absence of a clear definition of the new product offering and the lack of messages and materials to present.
Droz created a project team to conceptualize a new product architecture that integrated both existing and new offerings. We created the message, product descriptions and an integrated system for presenting materials. In addition, we developed a selling sytem, proposal formats and training protocols for facilitating a transition for the sales force.
